All content on ExamEngine — including questions, solutions, articles and software — is owned by or licensed to ExamEngine. You may use it solely for your own personal study. Commercial reproduction is prohibited.

Questions are written and reviewed by the ExamEngine team. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all content perfectly reflects official exam specifications at all times. ExamEngine is an independent practice tool and is not affiliated with Cambridge, Imperial, UCL, Oxford, Durham, or any official examination body.

To the extent permitted by law, ExamEngine is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
